FAQ

GFEX API questions

Which GFEX contracts have warehouse receipts?

Lithium carbonate (LC) since December 2023, industrial silicon (SI) since June 2023, polysilicon (PS) since April 2025, and platinum (XPT) and palladium (XPD) since May 2026. /v1/gfex/receipts/coverage lists the symbols, the warehouses each spans and the dates held.

Are the warehouse names translated?

No. They are the exchange's own names, passed through unaltered, because they are identifiers you match against GFEX notices.

Can I get one number per day instead of every warehouse?

Yes. type=totals returns the exchange-wide daily series. Without it the response is the per-warehouse breakdown for the latest date, or for the date you pass.
